Nice to be able to come all the way to Taiping to help sayang with the floral do, and then meet up with my 2nd ah yee for dinner . Then wait at the cemetery in the middle of the night (got lights la..) for 4WD to pick up for us to head up to SBS.
Saw a few familiar faces, namely Mabel, SanSan... even Siew Chan was there to sing the Sasanarakha song in chinese! Each time I visit SBS, it feels like going for big exercise trip! If i were to be here for longer days, sure can lose weight.
Anyway, good thing my ahyee brought her friend along to join in for the early morning Kathina ceremony. Getting my extended family closer to the Dhamma...
The cool thing I saw was Bhante Aggacitta giving Dhamma talk right from the tree top! *see my photo* We'll see if we'll come back again next year to help do the flowers now that myee had taught the SBS volunteers new style .
