my parents are alot more into Tibetan Buddhist culture these days..  interesting discovery for me along the way.. someday I wish to travel to Tibet, to explore and experience the place with my own bodily senses.. 
1000 Buddhas in this aeon... how did they get all the names? Wow...

ok.. maybe the kids are really not that notti.. just playful and I feel group activity like this - build a pagoda / stupa - promote experiential learning inside classroom!
I guess the allboysteam came up with the most proportionate prototype and they finished the fastest. They're naughtier but they're better  haha..

It's been 10 years already since this pact was made way back in 1996. Well, it's just a small gathering I would say, nonetheless the people is quite the same! Can you imagine a gathering / reunion without Yee Ting? *salute*

Interesting, annoying, quality time, inspiring... lotsa talking can go on during a 2 hour classroom lesson at the vihara...
the girls are usually more quiet than the guys, that also means some of the guys are so immature for their 11-year-old age. For example, this (I dunno what's his name) most annoying attention-seeker boy, who would ruin any nice song that everyone else would enjoy singing. 
remember the last line of the song 'My Beautiful Friend'? It goes "...I truly love you..."  there he'll start shrieking and grasping and refuse to say THAT 4-letter-word...  . So I taught him to 'mute' out that word instead, but he insisted on replacing Love with Hate!
not sure if its me, or if my Dhamma knowledge is really not skillful, each time when I pick up the Dhamma Living Skill book & try to teach a chapter, I'd finish it in less than 10 mins! Then some of the students would look really bored... and the text seems too simple for some clever ones. So the rest of the lesson would involve singing the same song over and over again, the whole class would look very involved!  And noisy!!

~ BGF Lantern Nite ~

中秋节快乐 !
I brought my mom, who brought her mom along.. even my dad came . The vegetarian good was just enough, the Lantern Walk was made interesting with Wei Loong & Allex trying to use the pvc pipe to hang as many lanterns as they can .. & recording for the INCOVAR ~ we inspire clip.. . Cedric's games & igemz rendition of moon-songs were so crappy but fun & funny! Wah.. wonder who twisted the lyrics of the moon-related songs

this is a nice place for pcic this time we have Fred the chef to kau tim for our lunch and dinner
had porridge-fish-bone for lunch and steamboat for dinner
a bunch of them stayed until so late... i went to sleep..
